All major UK
health insurance companies approve Surrey Physiotherapy. All
treatment is carried out by chartered and state registered
physiotherapists.
Prior to commencing treatment we recommend that
you contact your insurance company to clarify:
• Whether your policy covers you for physiotherapy
and if a medical referral is required
• If
you have a restriction on the number of treatments allowed or time scale
for treatments
The clinic will invoice your insurance company at
the end of each month. On your initial visit to the clinic please bring
your completed claim form or authorisation number. Failure to do so will
result in you having to pay for the treatment and then claim it back from
the company.
